What makes a restaurant a classic?

During this grim, hopefully fairly brief time when it’s impossible to go out to eat, Little Kathmandu Kitchen is that the really great place to have in common. Eating out of the home is becoming more prevalent; hence Little Kathmandu Kitchen, an increasingly important source of nutrients. We eat out of the home for a variety of reasons, such as, pleasure, celebratory and business, and the number and range of outlets where this can be done, has increased considerably in recent years.
